The workshop was meant for dealing with all the aspects of product design which are either ignored or insufficiently covered in regular engineering courses, including various advanced topics in product design. The workshop was open to the students, faculty and staff members of NIT Calicut and sixty four participants were present for the workshop. Main resource persons for the workshop were eminent faculty from IISc Bangalore and NIT Calicut.

  2.
  3. Workshop on "Signal Theory - A Foundation for the Design of Signal Processing Systems" was conducted during 5th to 30th June, 2018 for the students of NIT Calicut as an effective theoretical tool for innovative design activities. Dr. G. Abhilash, Associate Professor, Department of Electonics and Communication Engg., NIT Calicut was the resource person. Twenty Eight students from NIT Calicut and other Institutions in Kerala have participated in the Workshop.
