• Development of composite insulators for high energy storage applications under DST –FT (Rs 23 lakhs Dr. Sindhu T K)
• Development of intelligent robot for fault diagnosis of power lines under KSCSTE, Govt of Kerala (Rs 11 lakhs Dr. Ashok S)
• Investigation of distributed generation & integration on a laboratory scale Microgrid under DRDO (Rs 7 lakhs Dr. Elizabeth P Cherian)

Dr Ashok S has already submitted a research proposal on Development of Smart Controller for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle to DST (Rs 80 lakhs) which is under review.
